About Nanny Victoria

Nanny Victoria is a small, dedicated placement service based in Victoria, BC, focused on helping families find trusted, experienced childcare. We work with both Canadian and international nannies and babysitters who are passionate about working with children and supporting busy families.

Every family is different, and so is every caregiver. Our goal is to listen carefully to your needs, understand your schedule, your children’s personalities, and your expectations, and then introduce you to candidates who feel like a natural fit in your home.

Who We Work With

Nanny Victoria places a number of Canadian and international nannies in positions each year. International nannies hold similar qualifications to Canadian caregivers and often bring valuable experience from working with families in different countries. They typically have:

• Solid hands-on experience with children of various ages
• Excellent, verifiable references from previous families or employers
• A genuine love of children and a professional attitude toward childcare

Work permits for international nannies in Canada are the responsibility of the client; however, many international nannies already have valid work authorization in place when they register with us.
